ECHS Members Welfare Association

  As it was proposed on 16 Nov 2022, “ ECHS Members Welfare Association”   has been formed   and all the members of ECHS throughout the country are now requested to join this association to make it empowered to fight for your rights.   From history, it has been proved that Cumulative voice is necessary to fight for the rights.   Individual complaints and approach is ignored by the administration and the management authority of this contributory Health Organisation are doing   whimsical activities.   The ECHS which is a flagship scheme of the Department of Ex-servicemen Welfare, Ministry of Defence was launched on 1st April 2003. Since its inception the beneficiaries have raised a huge grievances against the administration and medical procedure followed by this organization but most of these have not been redressed properly.  So, necessity of forming an all India level association of ECHS Member has been felt by many veterans.
